None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. If permission is granted it will be on the basis that our authorship of the material concerned is acknowledged. You may however download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.
Access to the subscriber-only website content
The user name and password are personal to you and are not transferable to anyone else unless specifically authorised in writing by us. At the end of your subscription period you will be given the opportunity to continue your subscription by paying the relevant current renewal subscription.
If this is not paid within one month of the renewal notice, your user code and password will be de-activated, and you will no longer have access to the on-line archive.
You agree that you will use the motorlaw.com website responsibly
and in good faith, and that we may terminate your subscription without
notice if you do not. In these circumstances we will not be liable to
refund any part of your subscription.
In particular, we may terminate your access to the site if you allow other unauthorised people to use your user-name and password to access and use the on-line archive. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application for a subscription at our discretion.
Motor Law Publications Ltd makes no warranties or representations regarding the fitness for purpose of the content provided.
When you access the subscriber-only archive, we will collect and hold data including logon names and passwords to enable us to administer the archive. We will also use a temporary cookie which will be stored on your browser whilst you are using the archive. This enables the log-on system to function, and will expire within a short time after the last activity.
All information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions concerning data protection. It will not be disclosed to any third parties.
