Access to the website and content
Unless otherwise stated, the information on this site applies only to the law in England and Wales. We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the site, but it may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website from time to time.

Intellectual property
The copyright in all the material contained in the website, including the subscriber -only archive, together with the website design, text and graphics belongs to Motor Law Publications Limited and all rights are reserved.

None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. If permission is granted it will be on the basis that our authorship of the material concerned is acknowledged. You may however download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.

Access to the subscriber-only website content
On registering with us as a subscriber and on receipt of payment of the relevant subscription, you are issued with a user name and password which must be used if you want to access the restricted part of the website.

The user name and password are personal to you and are not transferable to anyone else unless specifically authorised in writing by us. At the end of your subscription period you will be given the opportunity to continue your subscription by paying the relevant current renewal subscription.

If this is not paid within one month of the renewal notice, your user code and password will be de-activated, and you will no longer have access to the on-line archive.

You agree that you will use the motorlaw.com website responsibly and in good faith, and that we may terminate your subscription without notice if you do not. In these circumstances we will not be liable to refund any part of your subscription.

In particular, we may terminate your access to the site if you allow other unauthorised people to use your user-name and password to access and use the on-line archive. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application for a subscription at our discretion.

When accessing the public part of the site, Motor Law Publications Limited will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily.
